Summer Office Hours

May 20 – August 6
The main office will be open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (offices will be closed May 25 and July 3-12).

The week of August 10, hours will be:
9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
August 14: Closed
Starting August 17, hours will be:
The main office will resume regular hours Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Faculty members are not available on a regular basis during the summer. Email and voicemail will be checked occasionally.

The Counselors’ Office will be available through May 20 and will transition to summer hours thereafter. The office will be open on Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. starting on Wednesday, May 27. Please note the office will be closed on June 10 and July 8.

Final transcripts will be mailed on June 3.

Appointments are strongly encouraged.
