  • ND Showcase Open House

Experience Notre Dame High School like never before! Step inside, feel the energy and discover what makes ND a place where students thrive. The Notre Dame Showcase is designed to bring our campus to life and highlight what truly sets us apart: strong academics, meaningful relationships, a vibrant student life, and a culture where every student is known, challenged and supported.

The evening kicks off with an opening assembly featuring and the unmatched school spirit of the Dawg Pound. From there, prospective sixth through eighth grade students are paired with student ambassadors and guided through an interactive, hands-on tour of campus experiences tailored to student interests.

While students explore, parents will have the opportunity to take part in a live Q&A panel with faculty and administrators, covering academics, faith formation, student support, activities, athletics and the transition to high school.

Designed to be flexible and personal, the Notre Dame Showcase allows families to explore at their own pace; asking questions, making connections and experiencing ND in action! You’re welcome to join! This is not just a tour. This is a true Notre Dame experience!

Our 2026 ND Showcase Fall Open House is set for November 10, 2026! Advanced registration is required - register here!
  • Shadow Days

A shadow visit provides you with a look at our school on a typical day. During the shadow visit, you will experience what goes on inside and outside of the classroom so you can imagine how it might feel to attend school here. You will attend classes with a student ambassador, eat lunch in our cafeteria, interact with other students and faculty, and generally get a feel for what a “day in the life” of a Bulldog is like. Depending on the day, you could experience an all-school or class Mass, an all-school assembly, or another activity or event happening in the school. We welcome your full participation in any and all of these activities!

Your Shadow Day begins at 8:00 a.m. and concludes at the end of our second lunch period (on a regular schedule). We look forward to welcoming you to our campus and showing you all that our high school has to offer!

Our student ambassador tour guides will lead you through our halls and answer any questions you may have, providing insight into our academic offerings, extracurricular activities and student life.

  • 8th Grade Day

Notre Dame Regional High School welcomes Bishop Edward Rice and area Catholic 4th-8th grade classes to attend the Bishop's Mass each fall. Following Mass, we invite all 8th grade students to participate in Notre Dame’s 8th Grade Day—an afternoon designed to give future Bulldogs a true taste of high school life at ND. Students will enjoy icebreaker games led by current Notre Dame students, lunch in the cafeteria, and the excitement of an all school pep assembly.

Even if your child attends a non-Catholic school, or if your school is not attending the Bishop’s Mass, you and your 8th grader are encouraged to join us for this special event. Notre Dame 8th Grade Day is the perfect opportunity to experience our welcoming community and vibrant school spirit.

8th Grade Day 2026 is happening on Monday, October 19! Contact Director of Enrollment Mary Kohlfeld for more information at marykohlfeld@notredamecape.org.
