Summer Weight Training

Monday, June 5 - Friday, July 28, 2023

If you want to increase your strength / health this summer, come be a part of this summer program! Open to ALL high school students for the 2023-2024 school year – not just athletes! Workouts will be tailored to the individual student using teambuildr app.

  • Registration Deadline: June 4
  • Cost: $55 per student
  • Dates: June 5 – July 28 (no weight training June 25 – July 1)

SCHEDULE (subject to change based on number of participants):

  • Freshman Boys: 8:00 – 9:30 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays
  • Freshman Girls: 8:00 – 9:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Sophomore, Junior, Senior Boys: 9:45 – 10:45 a.m. Mondays and  Wednesdays
  • Sophomore, Junior, Senior Girls: 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Fridays are optional for everyone. The weight room will be open from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. for students to come and go as they please.

Workouts will be tailored to each individual student using the teambldr app. Students will need to download the app teambuildr on their phones. All workouts can be given through the app in the event a student can’t attend a session. Tablets will be available for workouts at school.

Students who have had weight training should already have the app and a login. Please email the program you want to use to before the June 5 start date. If you have issues with setting up the app, we can sort them out in person on the first day.
