September Student of the Month

Notre Dame’s Student of the Month program is shining a spotlight on Apostolic Leadership—recognizing students who live out service, charity, piety, faithfulness, leadership and humility in their daily lives. We are proud to celebrate these students for the many ways they bring our mission to life through their actions!

Sam Self was recognized after a guest at the senior Activity Week dinner shared how he noticed her struggling to carry several trays and carryout items. Sam immediately offered to help and recruited a friend to assist him in carrying everything to her car. The guest was especially touched by his kindness and willingness to step in without being asked.

Colton Weiss was nominated for going above and beyond while helping move boxes for Activity Week. After completing the task he had been assigned, Colton stayed to continue helping, took the lead in organizing the process, and remained until the job was finished.

Ayden Adams volunteered his time to help pack Stonie’s Sticks for Activity Week. He spent about 30 minutes assisting with boxing and preparing the items for distribution.

Brayden Davidson was recognized for volunteering during AlumniFest. Without needing a specific assignment, Brayden stepped in where help was needed and continued assisting throughout the event.

Matthew Miget & Kilian Kulla were nominated after noticing a fellow student on crutches trying to manage their school items and pack their backpack. They quickly stepped in to help, making the task easier for their classmate.

Thank you to The Bank of Missouri for sponsoring our Student of the Month program.
