Mary Catherine Kohlfeld ('03) Named Director of Enrollment

Notre Dame Regional High School is pleased to announce Mary Catherine Kohlfeld (’03) as its new Director of Enrollment.

Kohlfeld brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, enrollment and relationship management, including 12 years in healthcare marketing and eight years in higher education. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in strategic communications, enrollment growth, community engagement, and building meaningful relationships with prospective students, families and community partners. Her professional background, combined with a passion for Catholic education, positions her to lead the school’s enrollment efforts and strengthen connections with prospective students and their families.

In her role as Director of Enrollment, Kohlfeld will oversee student recruitment, admissions, family engagement and outreach initiatives, while working collaboratively with school leadership to share the mission and value of a Notre Dame High School education.

“We feel that Mary will be a great addition to our Advancement Office,” said Notre Dame President Tim Garner. “She brings a valuable connection to the region that will allow her to bridge communication about Notre Dame to the larger community.”

Garner says that Kohlfeld, having served on the Notre Dame Foundation Board and a participant during the school’s strategic plan, has a broader understanding of the school’s long-term and short-term goals, which will allow her to quickly make an impact as the Director of Enrollment.

“From her personal experience as a Notre Dame student coming from a smaller community, she brings insight into the questions and challenges that families from southeast Missouri and southern Illinois face,” Garner added. “She understands the importance that faith plays in our school and the impact that it can have on our individuals while they are students, but more importantly after graduation.”

Kohlfeld earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri–Columbia, along with a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Education with an emphasis in instructional design from Southeast Missouri State University.

“I am honored to join the Notre Dame High School community,” said Kohlfeld. “Catholic education has a unique ability to form students academically, spirituality and personally. I look forward to building relationships with families, showcasing all that Notre Dame has to offer and helping more students discover the opportunities we provide.”

Kohlfeld and her husband Courtland, a 2002 Notre Dame graduate, are the proud parents of four children. Their family is deeply committed to faith, education, and serving the community, values that align closely with the mission of Notre Dame High School.
