2021 Swiss Cake Roll Contest

Foods Classes, under the direction of Mrs. Davis, participated in the Annual Swiss Roll Bake-Off Challenge. Each “kitchen” group competed in baking and decorating their Swiss Rolls. Students made Classic Red Velvet, Lavender Velvet, Nutella Chocolate, Strawberry Buttercream, and Peaches and cream.

The winning team baked a Lavender Velvet Cake Roll.
