UPDATE MAY 20 – As of now, the High School Weight Training program will begin as scheduled on June 1 with some modifications.

This summer we are pleased to invite you to the Bulldog Agility and Weight Training Program. The coaching staff is “pumped” about this program and have been working hard to establish something that will benefit all of our student athletes.
We have added a new program called TeamBuildr. In this program participants will be using tablets to record their progress, and be able to better see their improvements. Another great aspect of TeamBuildr is we get to work with the strength coach from Ole Miss University and use his programs to better achieve our goals.
- Mondays and Wednesdays – BOYS
Freshmen boys – 8a.m – 9a.m.
Soph, Jr, Sr boys – 9a.m. – 10:15a.m.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays – GIRLS
ALL(Fr, Soph, Jr, Sr) girls – 8a.m. – 9:30a.m.
- Fridays – EVERYONE
Open to EVERYONE – 8a.m. – 9:30a.m.
The program officially starts Monday, June 1st and will conclude Friday, July 24th. There will be no sessions the week of June 29-July 4.
The cost will be $30/athlete. Payment due by the first day of the program. You can also sign up and pay online. Chocolate milk will be provided each day.
