Ty Williams inducted to ND Hall of Fame

Bulldogs celebrated our alumni with the presentation of the 2018 Hall of Fame class - Ty Williams, Ryan Willen (represented by his grandfather), and the State Champion Baseball team of 1993.

Ty Williams is a 2008 graduate of ND. He was a two-sport athlete, excelling at basketball and soccer.  On the basketball court, he finished with 790 total career points and held the school record for 3-pointers at 114 until it was broken in 2017.  He led the basketball team to a state championship in 2008 as one of the team captains.

His soccer career included two back to back state championships. In 2007 he finished with 25 goals and 7 assists and was named Regional Player of the Year, Co-MVP, All-State, All-Conference, and All-District. In 2006, he finished with 20 goals and 19 assists and was named All-Conference and All-District.

Ty continued playing soccer on the college level at University of Richmond where he started as a freshman and led his team in assists.  He played another two years at Hannibal-LaGrange University winning Conference and playing in Nationals his senior year.

He currently works at Hannibal-LaGrange University with college students and teaches ESL classes.

Congratulations Ty Williams!
