Monday, June 3rd - Friday, July 26th; no sessions the week of July 1-5
Cost: $25

This summer we are pleased to invite you to the Bulldog Agility and Weight Training Program.  The coaching staff is “pumped” about this program and have been working hard to establish something that will benefit all of our student athletes.

We have added a new program called TeamBuildr.  In this program participants will be using tablets to record their progress, and be able to better see their improvements. Another great aspect of TeamBuildr is we get to work with the strength coach from Ole Miss University and use his programs to better achieve our goals.

Once everyone has signed up, two main groups will be set up:

  • Monday and Wednesday – Freshmen and Sophomore boys will begin at 7:30 and finish at 9:15.  Junior and Senior boys will begin at 8:30 and finish at 10:15.
  • Tuesday and Thursdays – Freshmen and Sophomore girls will begin at 7:30 and finish at 9:15.  Junior and Senior girls will begin at 8:30 and finish at 10:15.

Each day will be broken into two sessions with Agility Training and Weight Lifting.  The program officially starts Monday, June 3rd and will conclude Friday, July 26th.  There will be no sessions the week of July 1-5.

The cost will be $25/athlete.  Payment due by the first day of the program.  Chocolate milk will be provided each day.

The following coaches are on board to lead, instruct, and supervise the sessions:
Jeremy Brinkmeyer, Paul Unterreiner, Tim Garner, Ryan Schweain, Meridith Brinkmeyer, Kirk Boeller, Matt Vollink, Ryan Long, and Matt Floyd.

If you are an incoming freshmen or have never taken weight training at Notre Dame, you must attend a training on May 29th  from 8:00 A.M. – 10:00 A.M.

If you want to increase your strength and agility this summer, come be a part of this program.  If you have any questions feel free to email Coach Brinkmeyer at

We look forward to seeing everyone this summer!
