2021 Swiss Cake Roll Contest

Foods Classes, under the direction of Mrs. Davis, participated in the Annual Swiss Roll Bake-Off Challenge. Each "kitchen" group competed in baking and decorating their Swiss Rolls. Students made Classic Red Velvet, Lavender Velvet, Nutella Chocolate, Strawberry Buttercream, and Peaches and cream. Southard Selected for Missouri Scholars 100

Varsity Scholar Bowl Places First in Poplar Bluff Spring Invitational

The varsity scholar bowl team won first place at the Poplar Bluff Spring Invitational on Saturday. Players were captain Claire Southard, Jonny Dohogne, Avri O’Daniel, Alex Austin, Patrick Hodges, Patrick Lutmer, and Luke Richey.
